Despite COVID

Although it’s already March, we’d like to take one last look back at the previous year. March 2020 marked the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, which fundamentally changed how we live and work. March has since become a symbolic milestone. What was 2021 like for Blue Dynamic, and what are our goals for the year ahead? Read on to find out.

The past year was turbulent, full of changes and uncertainty. The world faced new waves of COVID-19, a slowing economy, Brexit, the US Capitol attack, the Moravian tornadoes, revelations from Vrbětice, and tense elections. Despite this, Blue Dynamic focused on growth projects that lay the foundation for a successful future.

We strengthened reliability and stability in our partnerships and built strong conditions for business development both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Here’s how we expanded our products and services:

• Built a strong integration team skilled in Azure, BizTalk, and E2E.
• Achieved Microsoft Gold Partner status.
• Started developing a new smart warehouse application.
• Enhanced our eMotion Counter solution by moving it to the cloud and preparing for a post-mask era.
• Opened a new office in the Netherlands.
• Increased revenue by 70%.
• Expanded our team by 30%, now representing 8 nationalities.

These results show that even in challenging times, progress is possible.

We enter 2022 amid new uncertainties, including the war in Ukraine. We believe the situation will soon improve and continue supporting those in need through our partnership with People in Need.

This year, our focus is on expanding competencies and growing international business. We’re adding new intelligent solutions, rebuilding our website, and recruiting more talented specialists.
