What You’ll Do

Designing and overseeing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in line with business objectives.
Consultation on architectural and technical design options, providing recommendations and impact assessments.
Creation of functional and technical documentation describing client processes, system integrations and solution designs.
Ensuring system changes are aligned with the business strategy and desired company outcomes.
Monitoring technological changes, system updates, new features and ISVs for their effective use.
Maintaining a cohesive system architecture and data structure within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related platforms (Azure, Power Platform, M365, etc.).
Providing technical guidance and best practices for development teams working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Working with stakeholders to ensure business and technical alignment.
Managing the migration process and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.
Optimizing the performance and scalability of the solution according to business needs.

What We’re
 Looking For

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 design and implementation.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and integration processes.
Ability to think analytically and create technical documentation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Knowledge of Azure, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 platforms an advantage.
